CerinCerin
About

We build intelligence that knows your business.

Cerin started from a simple frustration: off-the-shelf AI is brilliant in general and useless in particular. It cannot triage your prior-auth queue or route your leads, because it has never seen how your business actually runs. So we built a company that does the opposite of generic.

Why we exist

We started after watching an ops team spend six months trying to get ChatGPT to handle their prior-auth workflow. It hit eighty percent and stalled. The last twenty percent was their policy, their EHR, their billing codes. We built Cerin to handle the rest. It has been running in other ops teams since.

Generic intelligence is a commodity. Personal intelligence is an advantage.

Every team has a queue of work that has been on the to-do list for six months. Not because it is hard, but because it is specific. It needs someone who knows your policy, your systems, and the twenty exceptions that never made it into a doc.

That is what a Cerin agent becomes. A hands-on engineer learns the work alongside your team, encodes it, and ships an agent that operates like your sharpest operator. The result is intelligence that is personal to you, running where the work lives.

How we work

Four principles behind every agent.

Principle 01
Personal, not generic.
A model trained on the whole internet still knows nothing about your business. We build intelligence around your systems, your policy, and your edge cases. The kind that knows the difference.
Principle 02
Hands-on, always.
Our engineers sit in your standups and your Slack, not behind a ticket queue. We learn the work by doing it with you, then hand back an agent that runs it.
Principle 03
Shipped beats planned.
A working agent in two weeks teaches you more than a six-month roadmap. We deploy something real, watch it run, and tighten it against what actually happens.
Principle 04
Your data stays yours.
Cerin runs inside your perimeter. Bring your own model keys. We never train on your data. The intelligence we build is yours to keep and yours alone.

Tell us how your business runs.

One sentence about the workflow that has been waiting. A hands-on engineer reads every one.
